ADJ or V(-ㄴ/은)+N
this grammar is to make ADJ/V become N....
eung maybe like gerund in english grammar...
example:
예쁘다 (adj)----->예쁜 (n)
공부하다 (v)----> 공부한 (n)
좋다 (adj)----> 좋은 (n)
but for some word, we dont use -ㄴ/은. we use -는...this is special case.
for every 있다 and 없다 like:
맛있다 (adj)----> 맛있는 (n)
재미있다----> 재미있는 (n)
for every word that end with -ㄷ like:
듣다 (v)----> 듣는 (n)
묻다 (v)---> 묻는 (n)

비싸다: expensive---->비싼
차 is shorten word from 차동자: car
-에: in
so, 비싼 차에 meaning is 'in the expensive car'
예쁘다:pretty ----> 예쁜
옷: cloth or dress
so, 예쁜 옷 meaning is 'gorgeous dress'
